DANG! So many foundations and concealers to start off the year! Morphe is launching a NEW (and their FIRST EVER!) Fluidity Foundation as part of their Complexion Collection on Thursday, 1.17! This foundation is launching in a whopping 60 shades! Morphe is giving Fenty a run for their money on the sheer number of shades available! Such a great thing! The complexion collection also includes new concealers and powders. The foundations will be $18 each, concealers $8 and powders $12. They will launch initially on Morphe’s website and later in Ulta.
Like we said in our last post – new complexion products get us SO HYPE! These look incredible! I seriously just LOVE trying new foundations and concealers! We don’t even need to say it but we will – this shade range is dope! I mean, it’s about damn time Morphe launched some complexion products (and they clearly knew that since they went hard and are rolling out an entire collection!) but they didn’t do this halfway. No, no. They rolled out their first ever foundation with a BANG by throwing us a whopping 60 shades! Look how fair & how deep those swatches go – OMG! We love seeing more and more brands being more and more inclusive with their shade ranges! We haven’t heard much info on the foundation formula itself (coverage, longevity, etc.) but we honestly don’t even need to; we are getting our hands on this literally ASAP! Plus, for the price, you can’t go wrong! We love that Morphe is always high quality but always affordable! What more could we want??
Thanks to @trendmood1 for the awesome pictures and swatches!
Idk…the shades are all very similar. The light-tan are so orange toned. (don’t notice any real neutrals) and the dark ones looks muddy.I would rather a company actually do less shades more on point than just toss out 60 shades of repeat or very very similar tones. Out of every grouping of 12 I would say half are too similar to make a difference. I am going to be buying a few (maybe 5-8 in my shade range) Cause I want to check the subtleties in person (and obviously I want to see how the formula is) then maybe my thoughts will be different. For now…I’m not impressed. MUFE does the best job (in my opinion) at being inclusive with purpose.
