Sigma Beauty launched their new Sculpt Palette & Blush Palette Today, 9.13! Both palettes feature 6 shades for $39. The Sculpt Palette gives you those highlight and contour shades: Faking It, Throw Shade, Hollow, Shine On, Poppin’ & 24K. The Blush Palette is your traditional cheek palette with the shades Cor de Rosa, Pet Name, Pinkin’, Mod Mauve, Spiced, & Tiger Lily.
As with most contour palettes, this one is a little tricky – it definitely will NOT suit everyone. One bronzer is super deep and the other super light with nothing really in the middle. Also, I’m not sure how suitable that super orange blush (we really hope that’s intended to be a blush) will be for many people. The 3 highlight shades range from fair to deep which, again, won’t work for everyone but could always, of course, be used for eyeshadows if they won’t work on your cheekbones. The blush palette, on the other hand, is a bit more versatile! There’s definitely something for everyone here and MOST of the shades should work for MOST skin tones.
We love the range and variety of shades and tones included here, too! At almost $40, these seem a bit pricey but keep in mind, you’re getting 6 products so, when broken down, it’s a fair deal. Why is it that Sigma actual makeup products just aren’t where it’s at?? Like, we are all so obsessed with their brushes (like 100% of YouTubers use them! I have a few that I use on a daily basis and love, too!) but it seems that almost no one talks about their makeup products. We’ll admit, we’ve never purchased a Sigma cosmetic product – oops! Have you?? What do you think of them??
