Truthfully, I haven’t been this excited for an eyeshadow palette launch in months & y’all know I get REAL excited so that’s saying something – this is just STUNNING! Juvia’s Place is releasing The Magic Eyeshadow Palette on Friday, 5.26! Guys, I cannot contain myself. The palette is “inspired by the moon and sun goddesses of the wild,” which is totally reflected in the combination of super stunning warm orangey & red shades combined with the bold cool shades that add pops of dimension to this array! The palette contains 16 shades: Nubia, Zakiya, Osun, Kesi, Zuba, Nana, Boronu, Kogi, Faso, Aja, Vai, Yenoja, Ife, Yara, Buzo, and Yejide.
Juvia’s Place kills the eyeshadow palette game for like, 1,000 reasons – their insanely out-of-this-world pigmented formula, they’re creamy, smooth & endlessly bendable with no patchiness or fall out, the color combination offered in each palette compliment each other absolutely flawlessly, the ratio of shimmer to matte shades is spot on … I could wax poetic on this topic for days, but you get the idea – these shadows are BOMB! This palette looks to have the perfect selection of pops of color & neutral tones as well as an incredible balance of mattes & shimmers! There are 6 matte shades; Kesi is the REQUIRED matte, bone shade need to set your lids, I can imagine Nana & Zakiya or Kogi being worked into the crease (super blown out) and then deepened up with Yejide or Ife – coat your whole lid with any of the 10 gorgeous shimmer shades (Zuba, Faso, Osun & Vai are actually made for me). Can you picture a more gorgeous palette?! I bet not. And, as always, the artwork on the packaging is breathtaking & crazy unique. If you can’t tell, we are HUGE Juvia’s Place fans – give this or ANY of their shadows a go & I promiseeeeeee you will be, too!
